Im in Andrew county, Missouri. Im disabled and i have social security and Medicaid. Me and my mom and dad want to sell our house and move. Are there any programs/loans for disabled people, to get special rates for loans, or to get one if your disabled with bad credit, or ANY programs that can help us so we can move and buy a new house. Any low income disabled thing? Please let me know. thanks.

I hope there is for your sake but in Australia the only help you can if a small grant which basically covers the government fees and charges if you are a first home owner. In your country there is the sub prime problems at the moment because people were allowed to borrow money with bad credit history and low paid jobs so please tread carefully and good luck. Here money is available but the interest rates are astronomical if they consider you a risk.

Go to government grants.com and from there you can research all kind of programs avaliable just for the asking.
Be prepared to do alot of paperwork, but it’s not hard, just sometimes time consuming. They have programs for persons with disabilities, first time home owners, female first time home owners, females low income grants.
