All information pertaining to the borrower are detrimental for the loan company to decide if the borrower qualifies for the loan applied for.

I’m not sure what you mean by “restrictions listed”
It would have:
Name, address, phone, social security, birthdate, employment history, wages, all outstanding accounts/debts, any assets (401K, savings accounts, mutual funds), etc. Also any relevant data about collateral like the car or the home.
