under international law the occupying power must not transfer its own civilian population into the territory it occupies or confiscate land for the sole purpose of establishing settlements for its nationals.So Helvna is right, it is land theft.

Quite true that there are laws dealing with occupation and Israel should obey them. Settlement building is theft and collective punishment is immoral. Israel has no right to be beyond the green line.

The UN has laws about how countries should behave when they occupy other areas. That means that occupation is not illegal in all cases.
The last big terrorist attack in J-lem were 8 Israelis were killed was carried out by an Arab resident of East Jerusalem who was not opressed at all. Every time after Israel agrees to give back territories the number of terror attacks increases (see Oslo, Gaza).

Who did they catch that was spying after 1985? Not one Mossad agent was caught on such a claim.
All that we know about the NZ case was that they tried to get NZ passports illegaly. That does not mean spying on NZ (the passports were prabobly supposed to be used to spy on other countries), what would the Mossad spy on in NZ anyways?! All there is is sheep.
The information that was transfered from the US was meant to help defend Israel not to attack America (not against the US).

The IDF found 1300 liters of sulfuric acid in a truck stopped for inspection at yet another one of those terrible ‘roadblocks’ that infringes on the ‘freedom of movement’ of the ‘Palestinian people’ on Thursday. The roadblock was in Kalkilya, less than one kilometer from the large Israeli town of Kfar Saba.
Sulfuric acid is used in - you guessed it - bomb making.
The World Bank (which has blamed Israel’s ‘roadblocks’ for the collapse of the ‘Palestinian economy’) was not available for comment.

Israel agreed to stop spying from 1985 no Israeli spies have been caught since. But anyways the spieing on the US was not against the US, it was simply a way of getting inteligence for Israeli military needs.
