How can i get scholarship or financial aid for international student in a NZ university?

My GPA is above 3.0 and iam now living in Vietnam and studying for IELTS. The result of my Vietnam Univesity Entrace Exam is 28/30. So which univesity in New Zealand i can submit with the hope for receiving a sholarship or financial aid?
