You can apply… but I don’t think you can get it. You might only be barred if it was a major drug offense. Check their website or your HS guidance counsel.

Just don’t mention it on your application. I can tell you from experience, they will not check.
Also, as long as you were not arrested for DISTRIBUTION, you are eligible.

Geez jack.. A man is trying to better himself by going to school…We all have made mistakes and learn hopefully, as he is trying to do…Apply for a pell grant, simple possesion of marijuana will not disqualify you..also if you spent any time at all over the charge..you are classified as a “depressed minority” and even more so qualifies you for government aid.
