Can you PROOVE that you paid on time?
If NOT and they have proof then they are correct!

speak to the supevisor and show the prove

I’m in Canada so I can’t really help you, but here it is taken care of by the ombudsman, which I believe you have there as well.
Yeah it kinda comes up on google, but I don’t know specifically where you are etc.
Just a thought. Good Luck! Student Loans suck here too!
