Patrick M asked:

I am seeking to obtain my degree. I have several years that I didn’t and owe around 10,000 to the IRS. My question is if I make arrangements to make payments, will they take my financial aid?

In order to receive financial aid, it’s based on your previous year tax return. You need to file all your taxes before applying for government aid. The IRS will be glad to make payment arrangements. This is required in order to obtain aid from the government.
