They probably have dozens to mull over sitting on their desk and then have to wait from higher ups to approve it, then send that message back to the person you are dealing with who makes the final decision. Don’t listen to what they say, of course they will say that to try and keep your business, but they don’t know 100% of what your outcome will be. I’d give it another couple days. They also have to run lots of credit reports with online agencies.

Furthermore, there are traditional lenders that offer an online application pathwaypayments and whether or not you will need to put up real estate as security.Once you have taken the time to ask yourself some searching questions and also get some reliable answers from lenders, you will be in a much better position to choose a loan.

For a FHA loan now Country Wides turn time for a loan approval is about 7 to 10 days. Now you know what your credit is and if your mid score is less then 590 then your not going to get approved for a FHA loan. I get lots of clients that come to me and they have just left Countrywide, they have a habit of not does loans that they have to work hard to make go through.
