i am caling crisis loan direct and have been on hold for the past three hours. How long should it take?

try again from a different number i.e. mobile - but don’t hang up as it may be the same situation!

get a job you don’t have to deal with benefit problems then

4 hrs seems excessive, maybe they’re not there, took a long holiday. I never hold more than 10 minutes for anyone. Try a different number or go in person if possible.

get a job.but in the meantime go to a local church,mission,foodbank

just keep on ive known peeps to be on hold for that long and dont forget its gonna be more busy than usual hope you get it sorted xx

Check the phone number, I’ve never heard of anyone ringing anyplace and holding for 3 hrs.

it doese take a long time to get through to these people u have to keep trying but be careful how much u get as they have it all back and to all the prats who said get a job GET A LIFE somepeople can t help it i claim benifits and would rather not but i have a broken back lazy bum am i
